The song was recorded during a Veterans Day ceremony in Nampa, Idaho, Nov. 11, 2013, and was dedicated publically. The deployed footage and photos from BMG were primarily shot during 2010 and 2011, though service members fought in the Murghab Valley from 2008 through early 2012.
